What is the difference between Bilona Ghee and regular ghee?
Regular commercial ghee is made from cream using machines. Bilona Ghee is made from desi cow A2 milk curd churned using a traditional wooden bilona to extract butter, then slow-cooked. This preserves more nutrients like CLA, Omega-3, fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), and gives a richer aroma and flavour.
Is your ghee lab tested? Can I see the report?
Yes! Tested by Robust Materials Technology Pvt. Ltd. — a DSIR-recognised, FSSAI-notified lab in Bengaluru. Results confirm 99.98g fat/100g, zero Argemone oil, zero Mineral oil, Negative Baudouin test. View the full report in the "Lab Certified" section.
Is this ghee suitable for lactose-intolerant people?
Yes! During the ghee-making process, milk solids and casein proteins are removed. Pure Bilona Ghee contains virtually no lactose or casein, making it well-tolerated by most lactose-intolerant individuals.
How should I store this ghee?
No refrigeration needed. Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Use a clean, dry spoon. Shelf life is 12 months. In winter the ghee will solidify — this is normal and a sign of purity.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

How long does delivery take?
